Peacefully at home on Thursday May 5, 2016 in his 73rd year.
Cherished father of Sherry-Lynn Smith (Rochelle), Adrian Weldon (Cheryl-Ann), Betty Weldon (Alphonso), Jacquline Weldon (Ewan), Lance Cochrane (Amanda) and the late Shawn Weldon.
Loving Grandpa of Deeanna, Ashley-Ann, Andrew, Matthew, Melissa, Jason, Nathan, Jestiney, Christopher, Cassandra, Anthony, Hayden and the late Tonisha. Great Grandpa of Liam, Kehte, Tounces, Lilly, Paige, Farrah, Wayde, Ava-Grace, Brooklyn, Brandon, Kendra, Brent, Gaige, Arianna, Aaliyah, Keileigh, Johvon, and the late Samara.
He will be sadly missed by his bother Larry Johnson, his sister Carole Johnson, his nieces and nephews, his good friend Susan West and the people he touched throughout the Kingston community.
His family is planning a Celebration of his life to be held at a later date in Tyendinaga.
Memorial donations, for those wishing, may be made to Four Directions Aboriginal Student Centre.
