Passed away at the Kingston General Hospital on Sunday March 8th, 2015 in his 55th year after a heroic battle with cancer. Cherished spouse of Terry Boswick. Dear brother in law of Richard Boswick and Debbie Vincent (Wayne). He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his 8 nieces and nephews and 9 great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother in law Angela Boswick Hubach, his sisters in law Mary Anne Boswick and Colleen Boswick, and brother in law Peter Boswick (Maureen). Tom will be greatly missed by his many friends as well as his coworkers at Wooden Head’s.
Special thanks to Dr. Cristoveanu and to Dr. Hammad, Dr. Ravi, Andrea, Barb and all the amazing and beautiful nurses of the Southeastern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre; to Kim of St. Elizabeth Home Care and to the staff at CCAC.
Visitation at the GORDON F. TOMPKINS FUNERAL HOME - Central Chapel, 49 Colborne Street (at Clergy St.) on Friday, March 13th from 6 - 9 p.m. Funeral will be held in the chapel on Saturday, March 14th at 1 p.m. followed by a reception. As expressions of sympathy, donations in memory of Tom to the Southeastern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
